Grosvenor Hart Homes is setting out to be a trailblazer social enterprise, seeking to innovate and disrupt established practice in order to drive better outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and their families. We are uniquely placed to bring Grosvenor’s long established place making capabilities to bear on the challenge of insufficient affordable housing supply and to combine this tailored support services to enhance life chances.

Our team has been carefully recruited with this dual purpose in mind, blending property expertise with children’s social care knowledge as well as the entrepreneurial skills needed to create and scale a new organisation.

This Director of Support Services role is an absolutely vital role to the overall mission and will take the lead on all support services activities. Our services are currently at pilot stage, and you will work in partnership with local councils, to build support services for children, young people and families. There is real scope to take the high-level brief and shape our plans, putting your own stamp on things while delivering the wishes of our shareholder under the stewardship of an accomplished and largely non-executive board.
